Package's Location

PAYMENT POLICY :
We would require 10% of the Total package cost to put the hotels on HOLD for visa purposes. This amount will be Fully Refundable till 7 Days from the Payment Date.

Further Payments will be required as below-

40% of the total package cost within 15 days from the confirmation date.
Balance 50% of the total package cost , 30 days before the travel start date.

Note:-Payment should be inclusive of GST & TCS as applicable
CANCELLATION POLICY:
•Initial Payment of 10 % of the total Package cost would be Fully Refundable 7 Days from the date of Confirmation.
•After That, any cancelation till 30 days before start of travel date, the cancellation charges will be 25% of the total package cost.
•29 days before start of travel date to 16 days before start of travel date – the cancellation charges will be 50% of the total package cost.
•15 days before start of travel date to date of travel date – the cancellation charges will be 100% of the total package cost.
• No show – Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
• Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It’s purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels.
• In Peak seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation. Refunds normally take 10 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & transferred electronically to your bank account

Important Notes
Many cities in Europe have introduced a local "City Tax/Tourist tax". This tax is collected by the hotels directly from clients and it is not included in our offers. The City tax/Tourist tax commonly varies between €1-4 per person per night depending on the hotel standard.
For Van tours Tips are mandatory – 2 EUR/GBP per person per day. This has to be paid by the guest directly.
