PAYMENT POLICY :
We would require 10% of the Total package cost to put the hotels on HOLD for visa purposes. Please note that such Hold validity will be as per the cancellation policy of the respective hotels. Our company won't be liable incase of any such auto cancellation.
For bookings with travel date more than 2 months from date of confirmation:

25% of the total package cost on the confirmation date .
Another 25% of the total package cost within 30days from confirmation date.
Balance 50% of the total package cost , 30 days before the travel start date.

For bookings with travel date less than 2 months from date of confirmation:

50% of the total package cost on the confirmation date .
Balance 50% of the total package cost , 30 days before the travel start date.

Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
Check-in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 12noon. Early check-in/ late check-out is subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
•Initial Payment of 10 % of the total Package cost would be Fully Refundable 7 Days from the date of Confirmation.
•After That, any cancelation till 30 days before start of travel date, the cancellation charges will be 25% of the total package cost.
•29 days before start of travel date to 16 days before start of travel date – the cancellation charges will be 50% of the total package cost.
•15 days before start of travel date to date of travel date – the cancellation charges will be 100% of the total package cost.
• No show – Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
• Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It’s purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels.
• In Peak seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation. Refunds normally take 10 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & transferred electronically to your bank account.

Important Notes
Many cities in Europe have introduced a local "City Tax/Tourist tax". This tax is collected by the hotels directly from clients and it is not included in our offers. The City tax/Tourist tax commonly varies between €1-4 per person per night depending on the hotel standard.
For Van tours Tips are mandatory – 2 EUR/GBP per person per day. This has to be paid by the guest directly.
